The CUT 2900SR was developed to flexible process EPS, XPS and Neopor standard blocks with a size of up to 1,250x1,050 mm and a maximum length of 3m.

The extremely stable open machine table made of welded and painted Steel profiles allow the machine to be loaded quickly and easily from all sides. Even loading and unloading the machine with a forklift is possible. The machines of the CUT 2900SR series have two Axes and allow contour cutting with a single wire and panel cutting with up to 10 wires.

Thanks to the two independent Y-axes, valley and ridge boards as well as roof turrets can be cut from one piece. The programming can optionally be done with our styroCAM Roof software via parameter input. The annoying creation of drawings is no longer necessary.

The machines of the CUT2900SR series are already equipped as standard with the function of an automatic EPS sheet cutting machine with up to 10 wires, optionally 20 wires. This means that all machines in this series can be used both as 2D CNC contour cutting machine and as an EPS sheet cutting machine. Cut styrofoam blocks or neopor blocks in sheets with up to 10 wires at a time. The wires can be hung both horizontally for cutting panels and diagonally for cutting sloped panels and sloping insulation.

Two spiral springs on both sides of the wire control the tension of the cutting wire. The two springs ensure that the wire does not sag during the cutting and that you get precise and clean cutting result again and again. Thanks to the quick wire system, the wire can be removed and reinserted without tools. Above all, this makes changing wires easier and faster.

The cutting wire of the CUT 2900SR series will always have the correct temperature to guarantee clean cuts when processing Styrofoam, Styrodur or epp foams. The reason behind this is the sophisticated current control, which contains a microprocessor that controls the power supply particularly during 3D cuts.

This way, we can guarantee that every cut will be clean and accurate.

The CUT2900SR series is delivered with our self-developed 3-axis CNC craft control.

The control can be loaded with up to 5.0 amps per channel.

With the optional working desk, you can integrate a monitor, keyboard and mouse into the styrofoam cutting machine. Even the power socket is integrated. All you have to do is assemble the console, plug in your machine and get started - It's that easy.

Our machines are complete, everything is included, even the machine software and the even more secure and reliable LAN controller for all current Windows versions. The screen of the software was designed and optimized for wire cutting with 3 axes and extensively tested in practice. You can be sure that everything will work immediately.
