The CUT 5000S was developed to process EPS standard blocks with a size of 1,250x1,050 mm and a length of up to 5 m quick and uncomplecated. In contrast to the machines of the CUT 5000S series, it is not the block but the cutting portal that is moved. This enables high performance with less space requirements.

The extremely stable open machine table made of welded and painted steel profiles enables the machine to be loaded quickly and easily from all sides. So larger styrofoam blocks can be loaded either with a fork lift or with the trolley loading option

With the CUT 5000S, two spiral springs control the tension of the cutting wire. The springs ensure that the wire does not sag when it is cuts and that it always has the optimal tension. So you can be sure that you always have a precise and clean cutting result.

Thanks to the springs, the wire can be quickly removed and reinserted without tools. Above all, this makes it easier and faster to change wires and to set the wire spacing.

The wire spacing is set using a scale on both sides of the threaded rods. This is the quickest way to set the wires and will not only save you time but also allows you to cut more.

The cutting wire of the CUT 5000S series will always have the correct temperature to guarantee clean cuts when processing Styrofoam, Styrodur or Neopor foams. The reason behind this is the sophisticated current control, which contains a microprocessor that controls the power supply particularly during 3D cuts.

This way, we can guarantee that every cut will be clean and accurate.

The CUT5000S series is delivered with our self-developed 2-axis CNC industrial control.

The control can be loaded with up to 8.0 amps per channel. In addition, the control can be expanded by a 3rd channel, what the control of an additional axis, e.g. an optional side cut or the multi-wire cutting guillotine.

Our machines are complete, everything is included, even the machine software and the even more secure and reliable LAN controller for all current Windows versions. The screen of the software was designed and optimized for wire cutting with 2 and 3 axes and extensively tested in practice. You can be sure that everything will work immediately.

All you need is a Windows computer or laptop with one free LAN connection and about 10 minutes to install everything. It couldn't be easier.

Do you want to trim your blocks before you do the contour cutting? Then the optional side cut is the right option for you. Place the block on the machine table and start your program. The machine first makes the side cut and then continous fully automatically with the contour cut with up to 20 Wires. This saves time and allows you to process more blocks.

Expand the machines of the CUT 500S series with a multi-wire Cutting guillotine. This will allow you to cut with up to 20 horizontal Cut wires plates and then in a second step cut from the top the panels into strips. The Operation is done by entering parameters in the machine software. It has never been easier to manufacture packaging inserts for e.g. roller shutters.

Would you like to align the block in a defined manner on the machine table? The fully automatic block aligner will help you with this. The function is very simple:push the block to the aligner and start the cutting program. The block aligner move in automatically and do not hinder the wires in any way when cutting.

Order your machine right away with a Windows PC optimized for CNC cutting. The package includes: Windows PC, TFT screen, Keyboard and mouse. The latest Windows operating system is installed and cnc optimized. The package is plug and play.

Expand the machine with a barcode scanner. The barcode add-on module makes operation child's play. Load the order-related cutting file directly into the machine software using the scanner. This avoids errors and production is even faster.
