Polyurethane Coating Material - FIRE RESISTANT

Q-SPRAY 160 F is a FIRE RESISTANT, EUROPEAN NORM EN 13501-1: CLASS B - S1 certified 2-component polyurethane hard coating.

Q-SPRAY 160F is solvent-free and particularly suitable for the coating of Polystyrene Foam and Styrodur (EPS / XPS). Q-SPRAY 160F hardens in about 10 seconds and can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces without without running off. It forms a hard, impact resistant surface. Hardened Q-SPRAY 160F is highly shock-resistant and tough.

To process Q-SPRAY 160F, our High Pressure Coating machine is required.
