Polystyrene (EPS) is not UV stable and sensitive.
For a lasting and durable indoor and outdoor use polystyrene (EPS) must be coated.
You now can easily cut balls, colums or any other 3D object out of EPS, XPS, EPP.
processing
a. brushing and rolling
- put the material in the mixing tank at a ratio of 1:1 by volume mix,
- apply the material by brush or roll - do as many layers as you want,
- interrupt your work at any time for hours or even days,
- premixed material does not cure even after days.
b. spraying
- put the material in the spraying tank at a ratio of 1:1 by volume mix,
- Spray the material,
- do as many layers as you want,
- interrupt your work at any time for hours or even days,
- premixed material does not cure even after days,
- no hazzle to clean the pressure pot and in the spray gun.
