Describe the problem by email
Send us a short description of the fault, the machine type and – if possible – photos, screenshots or error messages. That way our support team can look into your request specifically and get back to you.
What happens after your enquiry?
You do not need to know the cause already. Just describe what is not working and since when the problem has been occurring. We help you narrow down the fault and discuss the next steps. Many questions can be resolved by phone or remote access. If that is not possible, we agree with you on how to proceed – for example replacing a component or an on-site service visit. We keep spare and replacement components in stock to keep downtime as short as possible.
