The machines of the FW 4000H Series are production machines. Their content of delivery is complete, including all basic safety equipment, arm housing, protective fence and an integrated arm suction. With the machines of this series, many different materials, such as PE, PP and PUR, mineral and rock wool, but also EPS and XPS panels and blocks up to a size of 4,000x1,250 mm and a height of 1,250 mm can be cut. This makes the FW 4000H our most powerful high-speed wire cutting machine for any commercial production.

Fast wire cutting is a mechanical process that will inevitably generate a lot of noise and dust. Therefore, it is absolutely imperative that any operator or worker near and around a running fast wire cutting machine has to comply with the current hearing and respiratory protection rules and regulations. We also recommend to continuously remove the sawing dust with an industrial extractor fan. The FW 4000H series integrates an arm enclosure with a powerful extraction system with two d100mm standard connections. You can use these connections to connect the machine to an existing central or stationary bag suction system.

The Fastwire series owes its extremely fast cutting performance to the incomparably quickly moving and finely barbed cutting wire. According to the federal occupational safety regulations, these kinds of machines do require a certain set of safety measures to protect the workers and operators. This is why cnc-multitool also supplies a protective safety housing for the FW 4000H as standard equipment straight from our factory. This safety fence will prevent the accidental contact with the rotating cutting wire while it's running.

A high-quality 4.2kW IEC rotary asynchronous motor "made in Germy" is used to drive the wire. Low weight thanks to aluminium housings, constant speed and sufficient power reserves even at high speeds distinguish these special motors. The matching frequency converter enables safe and low-wear operation. The cutting wire speed can be continuously controlled by the software via the frequency converter. The built-in microprocessor monitors the power supply and adjusts it if necessary in order to get even better and cleaner cuts. So every cut is done over and over again with a consistent quality.

The FW 4000H series is delivered with our self-developed 2-axis CNC industrial control.

The control can handle up to 8.0 amps per channel.

Order your machine with a Windows PC optimized for CNC cutting. The package includes: Windows PC, TFT monitor, keyboard and mouse. The required machine software is already installed and configured. The package is plug and play.

Large and heavy blocks in particular can often no longer be lifted onto the machine by hand. In this case, loading with a forklift is the better and safer method. For machines with a table length of 3 meters and more, we recommend ordering the forklift option. It makes loading the machine a lot easier.

The adjustable side walls allow vertical processing of thin panels from 10mm. A large number of panels are placed between the side walls at the same time and are held upright by them. The side walls can be removed quickly. A change between large blocks and thin panels is possible at any time.

With our styroCAM software, you can generate the machine program quickly and easily from a drawing. No prior knowledge is required. styroCAM is "Software in the Cloud" and runs operating system independently on any Windows or MAC system. Each update is immediately available to you.
