The CT 5000S owes its high cutting performance to the up to 60 cutting wires.
For example, 40 wires can be clamped horizontally and 20 wires vertically at the same time to quickly and easily cut small and large EPS blocks not only into sheets but also immediately into finished packaging inserts. On one side of the machine, the polystyrene is placed and than moved through the wires via the roller belts. On the other side, the finished blanks can be taken off and immediately packed. The machine is best operated by two people.
We recommend this machine to companies with very large batch sizes.

CT 5000s - Features
The CT 5000s stands for quality made in Germany. Each machine is assembled, adjusted and extensively tested by us by hand. This is the only way we can be sure that all machines work reliable and deliver the required performance for a long time.
Basic equipment
The machines of the CT 5000S series are used as automatic EPS gate cutting machines. Cut polystyrene blocks or Neopor blocks into packaging inserts with up to 60 wires simultaneously. The wires can be inserted horizontally for cutting panels or diagonally for cutting sloped panels and sloped insulation. In addition, wires can also be hooked vertically to create a cutting grid of horizontal and vertical wires.
The extremely stable open machine table made of welded and painted steel profiles enables quick and easy loading of the machine from all sides. This means that larger styrofoam blocks up to a size of 1,250x1,250x2,000 mm can be lifted on the machine.
Quick Wire system
Two spiral springs on both sides of the wire control the tension of the cutting wire. The two springs ensure that the wire does not sag during the cutting and that you get precise and clean cutting result again and again. Thanks to the quick wire system, the wire can be removed and reinserted without tools. Above all, this makes changing wires easier and faster.
Automatic Power supply
The cutting wire of the CT 5000s series will always have the correct temperature to guarantee clean cuts when processing Styrofoam, Styrodur or epp foams. The reason behind this is the sophisticated current control, which contains a microprocessor that controls the power supply particularly during 3D cuts. This way, we can guarantee that every cut will be clean and accurate.
Microcontroller control
The drive motors of the two roller conveyors of the CT 5000S are controlled and regulated with controlled and regulated by high-quality frequency converters.
Optional accessories
The CT 5000S can be upgraded by the following accessories. This makes the machines plug and play and you can be sure that your machine will work reliable with the required performance.
Side walls
With the optional side walls, panels can now be placed vertically in the the machine and processed. They are supported by the side walls and no longer fall over.
Quick-change frame
