The CUT 4000S was developed to process EPS standard blocks with a size of 1,250x1,050 mm and a length of up to 5 m quick and uncomplecated. In contrast to the machines of the CUT 5000S series, it is not the block but the cutting portal that is moved. This enables high performance with less space requirements.

The extremely stable open machine table made of welded and painted steel profiles enables the machine to be loaded quickly and easily from all sides. So larger styrofoam blocks can be loaded either with a fork lift or with the trolley loading option

With the CUT 4000S, two spiral springs control the tension of the cutting wire. The springs ensure that the wire does not sag when it is cuts and that it always has the optimal tension. So you can be sure that you always have a precise and clean cutting result.

Thanks to the springs, the wire can be quickly removed and reinserted without tools. Above all, this makes it easier and faster to change wires and to set the wire spacing.

The wire spacing is set using a scale on both sides of the threaded rods. This is the quickest way to set the wires and will not only save you time but also allows you to cut more.

The cutting wire of the CUT 4000S series will always have the correct temperature to guarantee clean cuts when processing Styrofoam, Styrodur or Neopor foams. The reason behind this is the sophisticated current control, which contains a microprocessor that controls the power supply particularly during 3D cuts.

This way, we can guarantee that every cut will be clean and accurate.

The CUT4000S series is delivered with our self-developed 4-axis CNC control.

The control can be loaded with up to 8.0 amps per channel. In addition, the control can be expanded by a 3rd channel, what the control of an additional axis, e.g. a second Y-axis.

Our machines are complete, everything is included, even the machine software and the even more secure and reliable LAN controller for all current Windows versions. The screen of the software was designed and optimized for wire cutting with 4 and 5 axes and extensively tested in practice. You can be sure that everything will work immediately.

All you need is a Windows computer or laptop with one Free LAN connection and about 10 minutes to install everything. It couldn't be easier.

While the styrofoam cutting machine is still working, load the trolley with the next polystyrene block. You then roll the car up to the machine and dock it there. Slide the block onto the machine table and fix it using a snap-in system. Depending on the machine type, several transport trolleys can also be used. After cutting, slide the block back onto the trolleys. Away from the machine, the cutted parts can then be removed from the block and packed away. Unproductive machine downtimes are reduced to a minimum and are a thing of the past.

The CUT 4000S can be expanded by two independent Y-axes. This allows you to cut e.g. slop panels, valley and ridge boards as well as roof turrets to be cut from one piece. The programming can be done with the help of our software styroCAM via parameter input. The annoying creation of drawings is no longer necessary.

Expand the CUT 4000S styrofoam cutting machines with the option of rotating cutting arms. The cutting arms can be freely rotated by 90 °. This enables horizontal and vertical contour and sheet cuts with up to 10 wires. It is thus possible to process standard blocks from above and from the front with one machine.

Order your machine right away with a Windows PC optimized for CNC cutting. The package includes: Windows PC, TFT screen, Keyboard and mouse. The latest Windows operating system is installed and cnc optimized. The package is plug and play.

Expand the machine with a barcode scanner. The barcode add-on module makes operation child's play. Load the order-related cutting file directly into the machine software using the scanner. This avoids errors and production is even faster.
