GT 1000S - Features
The GT 1000S stands for quality made in Germany. Each machine is assembled, adjusted and extensively tested by us by hand. This is the only way we can be sure that all machines work reliable and deliver the required performance for a long time.
Basic equipment
The GT 1000S machine is used as an automatic EPS cutting machine. Split styrofoam blocks or neopor blocks with 1 wire in any length. The operation takes place at the push of a button. The speed and the wire temperature can be freely changed at any time.
Quick Wire system
Two spiral springs on both sides of the wire control the tension of the cutting wire. The two springs ensure that the wire does not sag during the cutting and that you get precise and clean cutting result again and again. Thanks to the quick wire system, the wire can be removed and reinserted without tools. Above all, this makes changing wires easier and faster.
Automatic Power supply
The cutting wire of the GT 1000S series will always have the correct temperature to guarantee clean cuts when processing Styrofoam, Styrodur or epp foams. The reason behind this is the sophisticated current control, which contains a microprocessor that controls the power supply particularly during 3D cuts. This way, we can guarantee that every cut will be clean and accurate.
Microcontroller control
The GT 1000S series is delivered with our self-developed 1-axis CNC microcontroller control. The control can be loaded with up to 5.0 amps per channel. No computer is needed.
Optional accessories
The machines of the GT 1000S series can be expanded with the following accessories. This makes the machines plug and play and you can be sure that your machine will deliver the required performance again and again.
T-Desk
With the optional and rollable T-Desk you can integrate the control and the power supply quickly and safely. In this way you gain space that would otherwise be occupied by an external work desk.
Roller conveyor
Extend the GT 1000S machines by one roller conveyor in front and one behind the machine . So even large blocks can be pushed to the desired position and cut to length without any effort.
multiSTOP
With the optional multiSTOP, an automatic length stop can be integrated into the cutting machine. Positioning is done with a speed of up to 20m / min. The control is done by a windows computer.
Touchscreen Paket
Order your machine right away with an optimized Windows PC to control the multiSTOP. The package includes: Windows PC, touchscreen, Keyboard and mouse. The required software is already installed and configured. The package is plug and play.
