Our CNC Fastwire cutting machines enable the precise processing of PU and PUR foams, mineral wool and stone wool, EPS and other cuttable insulation and foam materials.
From cutting panels and small material blocks to processing large-format blocks and producing contours, profiles and roof elements, we offer different machines for various material formats, applications and production requirements.
All machines are developed, assembled, adjusted and fully tested in Germany before delivery.

The CNC-controlled wire movement enables precise straight cuts, contour cuts and – depending on the machine – the processing of complex geometries. Specially adapted cutting wires are available for different materials.
