Less manual work, more even coating at larger quantities.
When insulation panels are reinforced and coated by hand, mesh and coating material have to be applied and spread on each panel individually. With larger quantities this work step quickly becomes time- and labour-intensive.
The PC5000C panel coating machine takes over these work steps. The panels run through the coating machine one after another and are reinforced and coated evenly in the process. Quality increases, the manual workload decreases, staff are relieved and larger quantities can be produced.
The insulation panel is placed on the infeed side and drawn into the machine by the conveyor belt.
The self-adhesive reinforcement mesh is applied directly from the roll onto the panel. Mineral plaster, reinforcement adhesive or another suitable coating material is then applied and embeds the mesh.
The panels pass through the machine end to end, so that a continuous production flow is created. Between the individual panels the reinforcement mesh is cut manually. The following panels push the finished coated panel onto the outfeed roller conveyor, where it is removed and stored for drying.
The coating thickness and coating speed can be adjusted individually to the coating material used.
The PC5000C is designed for coating panel-shaped insulation materials. Typical materials are EPS, Neopor, XPS as well as rock and mineral wool. Panels with a width of 1,250 mm and a thickness of up to 300 mm are processed. Other panel widths are possible on request.
The standard panel length is up to 2,500 mm. Longer panels can be processed with additional roller conveyors or roller conveyor extensions.
Various mineral coating materials can be used for the coating, for example plaster, reinforcement adhesive and special coating materials for insulation panels.

The PC5000C is delivered as a complete coating line. Reinforcement mesh and plaster are consumables and not part of the scope of delivery.
Additional infeed and outfeed roller conveyors are available as an option. They make it easier to place and remove the panels and create more space in the material flow.
For longer panels, the roller conveyors can be extended accordingly.
Freshly coated panels have to dry after the pass-through. With the optional drying rack, the panels can be picked up in a space-saving way and moved out of the immediate production area.
The size of the drying rack depends on the panel size used. The required drying time depends on the coating material used.
The PC5000C is prepared for easy self-assembly. No special technical knowledge is required for this.
The PC5000C is set up on site, connected electrically and prepared for the first test run. Optional roller conveyors are then aligned and attached.
The panel thickness, desired plaster thickness and speed are then set and a first test run is carried out. If you have any questions, we provide support by phone or email.
The PC5000C has a mechanically simple and clear design. Questions about operation, adjustment or troubleshooting can be clarified directly with our technical support.
Spare parts can be obtained directly from cnc-multitool if required. Thanks to the simple design, many components are easily accessible and can be reached without complex disassembly and replaced by the customer.
For larger quantities of insulation panels, when manual reinforcing and coating become too time- and labour-intensive.
