The GT1300S Series comprises hot wire guillotine cutting stations for cross-cutting EPS and Neopor blocks as well as EPS, Neopor and XPS boards.
The material is moved to the cutting unit on roller conveyors, positioned to the required length and then separated with a vertically guided hot wire.
The current GT1313S model is supplied as standard with a manual length stop. For frequently changing cutting lengths, the CNC-controlled multiSTOP length positioning system is available as an option.

Design and operating principle
Cutting unit
The GT1300S Series operates with a vertically guided hot wire. On the current GT1313S model, both the clearance height and cutting wire length are 1,300 mm.
This allows blocks with a cross-section of up to approximately 1,250 × 1,250 mm to be processed. Cutting speed and wire temperature are adjustable.
Roller conveyors and material handling
The GT1313S is supplied as standard with two roller conveyors, each 2,500 mm long. They are used for material infeed and outfeed before and after cutting.
Additional or extended roller conveyors can be used for other material lengths.
Manual length stop
On the current GT1313S model, the required cutting length is set as standard using a manual length stop. The material is pushed against the stop and the cutting cycle is then started from the control panel.
No computer is required to operate this version.

Equipment and Options
Machines in the GT1300S Series can be adapted to the respective production process according to material length and required length positioning.
multiSTOP CNC length positioning system
With the optional multiSTOP, the manual length stop is replaced by a CNC-controlled positioning system. The required cutting length is entered on the operator computer and the stop moves automatically to the specified position.
The material is then pushed manually against the stop. multiSTOP is particularly suitable for production processes with frequently changing cutting lengths.
Operator computer with touchscreen
For operation of the optional multiSTOP, the machine can be equipped with a preconfigured touchscreen PC. Cutting lengths are entered and length positioning is controlled through the operator interface.
Additional or extended roller conveyors
The roller conveyors can be adapted or extended according to the material lengths to be processed and the requirements of the workplace.
