Tapered boards, valley and hip boards, ridge elements, insulation wedges and individual custom parts made of EPS and Neopor.
Buying finished tapered boards and roof elements from the foam producer remains the most economical solution in many cases.
It becomes a problem when, on the construction site, a part is missing, is damaged or a special size is needed at short notice.
With your own CNC cutting machine you can produce such roof elements directly in your own workshop and are no longer dependent on delivery time and availability for every recut.
At the same time, existing EPS and Neopor offcut boards from previous construction sites can be reprocessed. Material you already have thus becomes usable for new orders.
Depending on your capacity, this can gradually grow into your own roof production – from individual spare and custom parts to the manufacture of complete tapered roofs.
You produce yourself where it makes sense for your business, and continue to buy in where the supplier is more economical.
With the right machine configuration you can produce the most important roof elements from EPS and Neopor yourself.
A complete roof production requires several work steps.
EPS blocks have to be cut to length, boards and tapered boards cut, and more complex roof elements produced.
A single machine can handle many of these tasks. As capacity utilisation increases, however, it makes sense to distribute individual work steps across additional machines.
You can therefore start with one machine and expand your roof production later in line with actual demand.
Which machines make sense depends on which roof elements you produce and how high your production volume is.
To get started with your own roof production, a RoofCut is enough at first.
With it you can cut EPS blocks to length, cut tapered boards and produce complex roof elements from EPS and Neopor.
These include, among others, valley and hip boards, ridge elements, insulation wedges and individual custom parts.
This means the RoofCut handles practically all essential cutting tasks at the start.
View RoofCutIf the quantity of boards and tapered boards rises, this step can be moved to the CT2500S.
While the RoofCut produces valley and hip boards, ridge elements and other complex roof elements, the CT2500S produces boards and tapered boards in parallel.
This relieves the RoofCut and keeps it available for the more demanding cutting tasks.
The CT2500S does not require a separate computer.
View CT2500SAs production increases, cutting the EPS blocks to length can also take up more and more machine time.
The GT1300S takes over this preparatory step and keeps the RoofCut free for the actual production of the roof elements.
EPS blocks can thus be prepared independently of the RoofCut while it continues to produce in parallel.
The GT1300S does not require a computer either.
View GT1300SThe more custom cuts and roof elements are produced, the more EPS waste material accumulates.
Smaller offcuts can at first also be shredded with existing machines. As the quantity grows, however, this unnecessarily ties up production capacity.
The SHD2000S handles this step separately.
Bulky Styrofoam offcuts are divided into manageable pieces that are easier to collect, store and send for recycling.

Simple tapered boards can be produced after only a short familiarisation.
Valley and hip boards can also be prepared quickly with the dedicated software functions.
More complex parts such as ridge elements require a little more experience, as geometry and cutting sequence are more demanding.
Most of our customers need no extensive staff training. Many applications can be learned step by step using our instructions.
If you want to start production immediately, we recommend a 1–2 day application training with our technicians.
The training can take place at our premises or optionally directly at your site.
The pure purchase price of a finished roof element is not the only decision criterion.
Also decisive are delivery time, flexibility, staff effort, material utilisation and possible construction-site downtime.
Cutting spare or custom parts by hand ties up working time and staff.
With a CNC cutting machine this step can be carried out reproducibly and with less manual effort.
If a part is missing on site, additional coordination, reordering and delivery time arise.
With in-house production, spare parts can be produced at short notice.
EPS and Neopor offcut boards from previous construction sites can be used for new roof elements.
Material you have already paid for thus remains economically usable instead of causing additional storage or disposal costs.
Special dimensions or short-notice changes no longer have to be ordered from the supplier every time.
You can produce such parts yourself directly according to the required geometry.
