For stucco mouldings, façade profiles and long components.
Without a coating machine, profiles are often coated manually. This is time-consuming and the quality depends heavily on the operator.
Alternatively, material is sprayed on and then sanded by hand. This process is also labour-intensive and is mainly suitable for thin coatings.
The TC4800CB takes over this work step continuously. Profiles are guided through the machine and coated evenly in the process. This makes it possible to produce larger quantities with reproducible quality.
The profile is placed on the infeed side and guided by a driven conveyor belt through the material container filled with coating material.
On the infeed and outfeed sides sit profile-specific templates. The outfeed template forms the finished coated profile contour and determines the coating thickness.
The profiles run through the machine one after another. This creates a continuous coating process for larger quantities.
The conveyor speed can be adjusted to the profile and coating material. Approx. 2 m/min is common, with a maximum of 3 m/min possible.
A matching template set of infeed and outfeed template is needed for each profile geometry. The templates are made to match the respective profile and the desired coating thickness.
The infeed template guides the uncoated profile into the material container. The outfeed template then forms the finished coated contour and thus also determines the coating thickness.
For larger quantities, the templates are usually made from steel or stainless steel. For smaller batches, PVC templates can also be used.
The profile-specific templates are made by the customer themselves. This allows the TC4800CB to be set up for different profile shapes and coating thicknesses.
The TC4800CB is suitable for profiles with a continuous profile contour. Typical applications are stucco mouldings, façade profiles, cornices as well as window and door profiles.
Different profile shapes can also be processed, as long as they can be guided continuously through the profile-specific infeed and outfeed templates.
The machine is not suitable for profiles with applied ornaments, decorations or deep decorative elements. During coating, the material fills recesses and gaps and would cover the fine contours of the ornamentation.
Such ornaments or decorations must therefore be applied separately after the machine coating.

The TC4800CB is delivered as a coating machine prepared ready for operation. Coating material and profile-specific templates are not part of the standard scope of delivery.
Additional outfeed roller conveyors create more space for the finished coated profiles. This allows several profiles to run through the machine one after another before they are removed from the outfeed side and transported on.
Especially with longer profiles or higher quantities, the additional outfeed section facilitates the continuous production flow.
The TC4800CB is delivered fully pre-assembled and tested. On site, the machine is set up, connected electrically and the roller conveyor is aligned.
The profile-specific templates are then inserted, coating material is filled in and the appropriate conveyor speed is set.
After an initial test run, production can be started. If you have any questions, we provide support by phone or email.
The TC4800CB has a clear mechanical design. Questions about operation, adjustment or troubleshooting can be clarified directly with our technical support.
Spare parts can be obtained directly from cnc-multitool if required. Thanks to the simple design, many components are easily accessible and can be replaced by the customer.
The TC4800CB is designed for the continuous coating of recurring profiles and larger quantities. It is particularly useful when many identical or regularly recurring profiles are to be coated.
The profile-specific infeed and outfeed templates are made and provided by the customer to match the respective profile and the desired coating thickness.
For individual or constantly changing profile geometries the TC4800CB is less useful, as matching templates are needed for each geometry and the machine has to be set up accordingly. Its strength lies in recurring profiles and larger quantities.
For smaller production quantities the coating material can be filled in manually. For larger quantities an external material pump is useful so that the machine can be supplied with coating material continuously.
Typical carrier materials are EPS, mineral wool and PU foam. Further materials are possible, provided they are suitable for the pass-through process and the coating material used.
No. Reinforcement mesh is not part of the automatic coating process. If mesh is needed, it must be applied in a separate work step before coating.
