From cutting the raw block to length and the profile cut through to the finished roller shutter box profile.
Roller shutter box profiles from EPS and Neopor are created in several coordinated production steps.
First, the raw block is brought to the required starting length. Then the actual box profiles are cut from the block and subsequently cut to the desired finished lengths.
The resulting residual material can be shredded directly in production and collected in a space-saving way.
From the raw block to the finished roller shutter box profile: the right machine solution is available for every step.
Before the actual profile production, EPS and Neopor blocks are cut to the required starting length.
The GT1313S hot wire cut-to-length machine is intended for this. The block is positioned on roller conveyors and separated to length with a vertically guided cutting wire.
View the GT1313SThe actual roller shutter box profiles are then cut from the prepared EPS or Neopor blocks.
Our main solution for this is the CUT5000S series. With several cutting wires, several identical profiles can be produced at the same time – ideal for recurring series production and high quantities.
The CUT4000S series is the alternative solution for this production step.
The PA series was developed specifically for the automated cutting to length of finished roller shutter box profiles.
Different finished lengths within one order can be processed automatically one after another. Depending on the version, tongue-and-groove cuts are also possible.

In the past, such parts were often bought in as PVC injection-moulded parts. Today, many manufacturers produce these components themselves on a CNC router.
This makes it possible to produce different box sizes and versions flexibly, without needing a dedicated injection mould for each variant.

With the SHD2000S recycling station, these offcuts can be shredded directly and the volume of the residual material significantly reduced.

Yes. The profile contours are defined via the CNC programs. This allows different profile geometries to be produced on the same machine.

Yes. From cutting the raw blocks to length through cutting and cutting to length the box profiles to the production of plastic inserts and the shredding of the residual material, the machines can be coordinated to the production flow.
Larger EPS and Neopor offcuts can be shredded directly with the SHD2000S recycling station.
